Join us for an unforgettable evening as The Taybank teams up with the award-winning Harajuku Kitchen from Edinburgh for a creative celebration of Scottish and Japanese cuisine.

Served in our restaurant, you can enjoy a 5-course menu that blends the best local Scottish meats, fish and homegrown produce, sourced from our very own walled garden, with the umami-rich flavours and iconic dishes of Japan. Think game yakitori, garden pickles, venison & orange teriyaki and much more–we can't wait!

Led by Kaori Simpson, Executive Chef and Head Chef Nobuo Sasaki of Edinburgh's first authentic Japanese restaurant, Harajuku Kitchen, and The Taybank’s own Gemma Dallyn, who is excited to revisit some old Nobu recipes from her past culinary adventures, this is a chance to experience an inventive fusion of two remarkable food cultures right here in Perthshire.

Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dietaries for this event.
