To make a reservation, you must be at least 18 years old and provide valid credit or debit card details. We accept Visa and MasterCard for securing bookings. Please ensure your reservation details are correct before confirming. We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to incorrect information, though we will do our best to assist you.

Once your booking and payment are confirmed, we will send an email confirmation to the address provided. This email forms the contract between you and us for your stay and any additional services included in your reservation.

If you believe there is an error in your booking or need to make changes to a confirmed reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

All payments include VAT.

Room & Apartment Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 28 days before arrival – Full refund.

  • Within 28 days of arrival – A refund will be issued only if we are able to resell the room, subject to a £15 cancellation fee.

  • Within 48 hours of arrival – No refund.

If you cancel within 28 days of arrival and we can re-let the room, you will receive a full refund minus a £15 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival, you will be charged in full with no refund.

Any pre-paid extras associated with a cancelled booking will also be non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

We reserve the right to review individual cancellation circumstances at our discretion. If you are concerned about the possibility of cancelling at short notice, we recommend taking out travel insurance.

To reschedule your stay, please email info@thetaybank.co.uk at least 28 days before your arrival date.

Children under 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at The Taybank. We reserve the right to request valid photographic ID as proof of identity and age.

If you have any special requirements, please contact us in advance.
