Are you an experienced chef with great pizza knowledge, a trained pizza chef or a chef willing and ready to learn and take on a new challenge? 

We are looking for an experienced chef to help run our garden kitchen as we open for a new season.

As well as pizza, our garden kitchen menu will be filled with seasonal, vibrant dishes based around the produce from our walled garden. 

Ideally, you will have experience in:

• Mixing (bakers percentages etc) and shaping dough 

• Hand stretching pizzas 

• Using a gas/wood fired pizza oven 

• A busy, fast paced environment 

• Working with sourdough and taking care of a sourdough starter a plus

Staff accommodation
