Thank you for choosing to stay with us! Below we’ve collated some useful information for you, to help you make the most of your time here. If you need anything during your stay, please don’t hesitate to ask one of our team. We don’t have a dedicated receptionist, but there will be a member of staff in the building between 7.30 am and 11 pm – please first try the bar or chap on the office door on the first floor.
Your Room

You have two keys – one is for the front door (locked from 11.30pm) and one for your room or apartment.

Enjoy a selection of teas and our own blend coffee from the Bean Shop Perth in the beautiful handcrafted mugs by our friend and local potter Ellen at the Kiln Creative. You will find fresh milk in the flask.
Relax in Laura Thomas Egyptian cotton linen and indulge yourself with her hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in your en-suite shower room.
In the chest of drawers you will find a hairdryer, hot water bottles, coffee filters and books.

Please enjoy your hamper which has been filled with delicious breakfast items freshly prepared by our kitchen team, along with produce from our carefully selected Scottish suppliers. Here’s what’s inside:

Leave the room, shutting the door behind you.
Operate the fire alarm using the nearest available call point.
ON HEARING THE ALARM
Leave the building IMMEDIATELY and proceed to the assembly point at - The Taybank beer garden, opposite the Taybank
USE THE NEAREST AVAILABLE EXIT DO NOT STOP TO COLLECT PERSONAL BELONGINGS. DO NOT RE-ENTER THE BUILDING.
IMPORTANT
Before you go to bed make sure you know the means of escape in case of fire, use the main staircase to exit out the front door or fire door located next to the kitchen
Dial 999 from a mobile phone and inform the fire service you are located at Tay Terrace, Dunkeld, PH8 0AQ
Your personal safety is our priority, please do not tackle a fire if you are not trained to do so.
